I caught this quote during the news conference this morning when I was getting ready for work.  Un. Be. Lievable. 

Is there some sort of giant oil magnet/tube contraption that can remove oil from the ground without actually touching the Earth? I’d like to hear what Captain Planet has to say regarding this subject.
